Those parcels hold 133 unit designators between them, because several residences are recorded as combined pairs rather than as single units, and the designators fall into six blocks: a 4002 to 4024 series at the bottom, then four blocks of roughly 27 running 4101 to 4429, and a shorter 4502 to 4525 series above them. The blocks evidence stacked levels rather than counting them, and no agency record we can reach states how many habitable stories stand here. What is the nearest water, and what is it actually called?
Choctawhatchee Bay, and at this address the bay is the nearer of the two names rather than only the grander one. Its mapped boundary stands about 520 feet west-southwest, while Horseshoe Bayou, which the federal register carries as a feature in its own right, sits about 690 feet southwest. No parcel recorded under this name meets either polygon. What fills that 520 feet is the part worth knowing: a club parcel titled to a neighboring condominium's association, then a short run of residential parcels, so the strip between these buildings and the shoreline answers to owners this association does not control.
How old is the building, and how many floors does it have?
We publish neither figure.
