Spring Lake #2 is the county's name for a specific recorded plat inside Destin: Okaloosa County property records file it as Spring Lake 2nd Addition, spanning blocks H, J, K, L, M, N, O and P across ten named streets, Beach Drive, Cardinal Lane, Elise Lane, Heron Lane, Kent Lane, Lee Lane, Legion Drive, Seagull Lane, Spring Lane and Swan Lane. Spring Lake Drive, despite carrying the same root name, is a separate recorded plat in its own right: the city's own plat index and the county's subdivision records list Spring Lake 1st Addition, Spring Lake 2nd Addition and Spring Lake Drive as three distinct filings, each under its own county PIN code.
