Eastwood is not one plat but an original and nine numbered additions. The original sheet, dated April 17, 1964 and prepared by Poole Engineering of Fort Walton Beach, is titled a resubdivision of a part of Blocks F-7 and F-8 and of Magnolia and Jessamine Avenue in the Second Revision of Calhoun's Subdivision. It lays its lots on Benning Drive, drawn with a 100-foot right of way, and on Kelly Street, drawn at 66 feet. That sheet sits in Okaloosa County's Plat Book 4 at page 7, and its dedication, signed in December 1964, gives all streets and roads to the use of the public in fee simple.

The City of Destin's online plat library holds the original and each numbered addition as its own scan. The Seventh Addition, dated June 1973, describes itself as a triangular tract of 11.723 acres lying between Stahlman Avenue and Benning Drive, and it divides that ground along Driftwood Lane, Driftwood Circle and Park Court. The Ninth Addition, the highest-numbered addition in the city's library, lays out five blocks between Juanita Avenue and Oleander Avenue along Fleshman, Anderson, Overstreet and Snapper drives. Three of those street names turn up again on that sheet itself: Anderson and Fleshman, a co-partnership, signed its dedication, and W. E. Overstreet, a consulting engineer in Fort Walton Beach, prepared it.

Okaloosa County's roll files nearly every improved parcel across the original and its additions as single family, with a handful of Sixth Addition parcels classed as mobile homes. County address records give every site in these parcels a Destin mailing address in ZIP code 32541, on streets that also include Flamingo and Evergreen drives, Primrose Lane, Winton Court, Hickory Street and Sibert Avenue.
