Laurel Grove's single-family houses are addressed on four streets: Laurel Way, Ravens Run, Ravens Run E and Ravens Run W. Walton County's address file gives every one of them a Miramar Beach 32550 address, and the county's street file lists all four streets as privately maintained. A roster of neighborhood managers posted on the Sandestin Owners Association's website, dated September 2, 2026, lists Laurel Grove as a neighborhood and names a management company for it.

The county's lot legals cite five phase plats, recorded in Plat Books 15, 16 and 17, and the state tax roll lists 101 single-family parcels across them, each under a Laurel Grove legal description. On the roll, streets and build years pair up like this: Laurel Way holds Phase I, built in 2003, and Phase V, built in 2006; Ravens Run W and part of Ravens Run E hold Phase II, built in 2004; the rest of Ravens Run E holds Phase III, built in 2005; and Ravens Run holds Phase IV, built in 2006. Recorded land areas run from 1,748 to 4,175 square feet, none reaching a tenth of an acre, and living areas from 1,304 to 3,008 square feet, with the three houses above 2,800 square feet all on Laurel Way. On all 101 parcels, the street number matches the lot number carried in the parcel number.

Walton County's parcel file names two associations as owners of record of ground on the plats. Laurel Grove Homeowners Association is the named owner of a limited common area parcel in every phase's parcel series, and three of those entries describe garages or garage units. Sandestin Owners Association is the named owner of a parcel in each series whose description opens with all streets and common areas; in the Phase II series that entry adds lakes and retention areas, and in the series for Phases III and IV it adds limited common areas (garages).
