On the Walton County roll, Daughettes stands for the Amended Plat of Daughette's First Addition to Choctawhatchee Beach, and its lot legal descriptions cite that plat at Plat Book 3, Page 24. The roll writes the name as Daughettes, Daughette's, Daugettes and Daugette's, numbers the blocks 1 through 16, and gives most parcels 0.258 acre, while some parcels join two or three lots and a few take in part of the lot next door. The 2025 statewide tax roll places the plat's parcels in Santa Rosa Beach, with addresses on Ricker, Chrysler, Mason, Morrison and West Mitchell Avenues, Little Canal Drive, West Point Washington Road, Point Washington Court, Harris Street and County Highway 283.

A July 2023 map drawn by the county's GIS department for its Daughettes canal benefit unit runs the unit's boundary along the bay shoreline to the north, beside County Highway 283 to the east and along West Point Washington Road to the south, with canal channels threading between rows of lots inside it. Walton County created that unit in 2008 to pay for dredging meant to improve water access to Choctawhatchee Bay by removing sediment from Baker Canal and Little Canal. Commissioners voted on August 26, 2025 to reimpose its assessment for fiscal year 2025-2026, adopting Resolution 2025-54.

The county roll also lists vacant lots, a few mobile homes, warehouse and storage parcels, a multi-family parcel of fewer than ten units, a utility parcel and a combined store, office and residence at 1027 County Highway 283 North.
